Customers Outside the US: We definitely can still ship to international addresses. If you wish to place an order for our products, please send us an email at norbu@norbutea.com detailing
the product(s) you wish to purchase along with the specific quantity
desired. Please also specify if you wish to select Priority
Mail International or First Class Mail International. We will review
your order and generate a separate PayPal invoice with your
shipping charges included. After payment is received, we will ship your
order as usual.
We will resume international order acceptance through the website as soon as this issue is resolved.
Why can't I place an order through the website like I could before? Answer: The US Postal Service made changes to the way our website interfaces with their system, causing our system to completely stop processing shipping calculations for all international orders. We have requested that the company who designed our shipping system fix this problem, but we have received no time frame for completion of this work.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
GregNOTE: We have attempted to restrict the processing of all international orders through the website, but, if an order is accepted with no international shipping charges
applied, we will be forced to refund your entire purchase to the
account from which you paid. This refund can take several days to reach
your account even after we have a confirmation from PayPal that the
refund has successfully been processed. We simply can not ship outside the US without
charging for shipping, and we will contact you as soon as possible via email
to remedy the situation and set up alternative shipping arrangements.
