There is a mustiness and wet-stored-funk to it that is remarkably different from the first tong of this tea that we opened. It just goes to show that storage conditions even in the same warehouse can vary greatly from area to area, especially when many tons of tea cakes are in storage and rotation of the cases isn't done regularly. All that being said, this next to last tong of this tea may or may not be to everyone's liking. Everyone has different taste, so if you are interested in this tea please sample it first!
